  • Ensure policies & internal procedures compliance
  • Maintain and update various employees’ reports as well as compensation & benefits files
  • Maintaining attrition statistics and drives the work culture in creating a ‘preferred’ work place for employees

  • Diploma/ Graduate/ Post Graduate in HR Management
  • Familiar with Microsoft office
