HR intern

The company is looking for dynamic HR professional who can participate in various people management activities of the organisation. We believe HR representative is the face of company for the potential and existing employees and therefore should be genuinely interested in people.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Managers in maintaining internal HR systems and databases
  • Coordinating with other teams for HR Related Activities for various programs
  • Communicate and liaise with candidates for interns, consultants positions and communicate with the SPOCs from various Educational Institutes
  • Responding to Employee inquiries regarding HR Policies, Employee Benefit and other HR Related Activities
  • Assisting in the Planning of Company Events.
  • Preparing email drafts and templates and sending bulk emails
  • Other position specific tasks and projects assigned 

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs
  • Work effectively both independently and as a team
  • Good with Microsoft office 
Desired Requirements (Preferable):
  • Diploma and Graduate in HR Management 

Location: Remote

Internship Duration: 2-3 months
