Responsibilities 

* Understand Cloud Counselage Services, Products, and Programs

* Assisting the Managing Partners in managing projects and employees 

* Recruitment (Drafting Job descriptions, interviewing, hiring, on boarding) 

* Training Talent management/ Employee engagement 

* Performance evaluation 

* Developing organisation wide templates for HR activities 

* Assisting in formulating policies and Standard Operating Procedures 

* Follow the company standard operating procedures and maintain quality of work

* Weekly Reporting 

* Support in organising, hosting and promoting Cloud Counselage events

* Share Cloud Counselage posts on Social Media Platforms 

*Represent Cloud Counselage at Industry events, Business events, etc.

* Knowledge of use of social media for hiring 

* Knowledge of HR related laws
