The company is looking for an ambitious and proactive  Recruitment Interns to work in its HR department. The intern should be able to collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs and also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks.


  • Understand hiring needs of various departments and job specifications
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interview and manage candidates throughout interview process.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated 
Mandatory Requirements: 

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs
  • Work effectively both independently and as a team 
  • Good understanding of HR terms and policies 
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing 


  •  Diploma and Graduate in HR Management
  • Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search

Location: Remote

Assignment Duration: Minimum 3 months

Preferred Start: 01st Sep’21
